You may swell for a couple of days. You will need to rest for the first 36-48 hours as much as possible. Keep a cold pack on for at least the first 12 hours. Beginning 24 hours after surgery, GENTLY rinse with warm salt water. Very gently. Continue that routine for 3-5 days, at least 3 times a day. You may have some pain or soreness for a couple of days, but your surgeon should prescribe pain meds. Do not smoke while your gums heal. You will risk a dry socket; infection. Lumber Spondylosis? Will it go away?

ok so i play i'm 17 and was diagnosed with Spondylosis in my l5 vertabrea. i did this playing football and i was told it would not heal. surgery really isnt an option at this point and i am playing football college.Will the pain ever subside or go away if i can keep my back strong? or will i have pain in my back forever
