I'm a college student living at home with a (personally i believe) ridiculous curfew, what should i do?

if your living in your parents home and you don't work or do anything to help around the house then a curfew is NOT unfair. if your parents are paying all the bills then i think you need to respect their wishes and curfew or move out and get your own place and start paying your own bills.
