Is this scenario a scam?

So this guy comes up to me on runescape. He tells me he wants me to say something for a pking video he's making. He's like lv 118 or something. So he says "want you to say 'welcome to [his name here, I dont remember it]'s second pking vid. He said he'll give me 4 mil to say that. he tells me to take off and bank everthing cept for my d chain d legs and dds. And I follow some other guy he has doing a different job (who also has three relatively expensive items). I start following thinking its suspicious, but when he says, "were gonna start filming in the wildy," I stop following. Does this sound like any familiar scam to you? I'm trying to figure out how he would have scammed me, but I get the feeling I might just have lost out on 4 mil. Does this sounds like any scam you went thru, or can you think of any way I would have lost my stuff?
