My parakeet wont eat any of the fruits of vegetables i offer him?

hes a very happy little bird but I know he needs more vitamins and nutritious stuff besides what are in his seeds so he can live a long life.....does anyone know of any good bird vitamins that can be put into their water or anything like that??????
