What is the story behind the Marr Residence in Saskatoon?

Ok, I'm writing a story, and I want it to feature the Marr Residence in Saskatoon SK. I was wondering if anyone knows who supposedly haunts the place and why. I don't believe it's haunted for a second, but I want to know the story! Any ideas? I read something about someone named Charlie and was wondering if that had anything to do with it. Please let me know, I really really REALLY want to know soon!
