Something different for tea tonight with beef mince?

i have a pack of mince and want something different, i have the stuff here to do a cottage pie but as the weathers nice i don't want such a heavy winter meal, any ideas? i've got the usual's in the cupboard (onion, garlic, salt, spices etc) but not much fresh as i do my shopping on a tue
