Question about mother cat moving her kittens?

it's possible that she might move them outside if she feels that the environment she is in is not stable enough to support her kittens but if she trusts you and your family and knows she is being taken care of then more than likely she will stay in your house because cats always do what is best for their kittens and it is probably safer inside than outside.
