I want a really lean and ripped body, and not buff?

what are the things I should avoid (or the things i should do) in order to not end up getting buffed. i just started training at my gym with a trainer but i am kinda apprehensive about his nutritional and workout guidelines, as he himself is ridiculously buff. in other words HE IS HUGE!!!! i have a small-medium frame (not sure which one exactly), so yeah having those huge arms and chest would really make me look like someone from a different planet or something. i want to me as lean as i can be, but pure muscle nonetheless. thank you for your time

Other ways to naturally induce labor?

i've heard of women using castor oil to help jump start labor, and i tried it last night but nothing happen. Not even a single trip to the bath room. I have been having contractions 15 minutes apart for almost 2 weeks now and still no baby. i know u can use but i am a little scared since i have dilated and they can feel the hair on my baby's head, i dont quite think that would be a good idea. I am supposed to be on pelvic bedrest but this is driving me crazy and i just want to get this pregnancy over with. Are their anyother ways to induce labor naturally? Please only answer if your actually gonna be helpful and not snide..thank you!
