2006 Maxima Auto ECU Flash Or Jet Chip?

Don't know what i could do to better my performance i have a fujita intake with a nismo catback and nismo r-tune headers. I was thinking of a technosquare flash but i heard it would go back to normal after a while becuase it's an auto but what about a chip? help? any better company?
