Anne Rice: Vampire Series?

This will be my third question in the past 30 minutes on books. I have read twilight and harry potter and such. I found artemis fowl on a website and i was told that it might be a little childish for me considering I am 17 years old. Well I also came across Interview with a Vampire, The Vampire Lestat, and The Queen of the Damned. I have seen the Queen of the Damned movie and I loved it. Do you think i should read the series? I am out of everything to read. Everything on my bookshelf has been read 1-3 times already.
