Audioque 1200d vs Cadence ZRS-7000D?

i am getting a Fi Bl 15, and am comparing these two amps to power it. the audioque is rated at 1200rms at 1 ohm, the cadence at 1300rms at 1 ohm. are both of these amps good quality and expected to put out what they are rated at? do you have any experience with either to have an opinion for either? any help would be great. thanks. just making sure i buy a reliable brand.
