Guys, how do I tell a man that i want a relationship with him without scaring him off!?

I have been casually dating a man for a couple of months. How do I tell him that I want a deeper relationship without scaring him off. He has never told me how he feels about me. I want a monogamous relationship with him, but am afraid to tell him without scaring him off! What do I do?
