How to get compensation from court that a judgment award is not acceptable due to lawyer's negligence?

this is an appeal court judgment seeking payment from judgment debtor who has a counter claim on the same case, which has not been addressed yet meanwhile the plaintiff's lawyer has taken up a committal order for non payment of the so far declared judgment
