Is there a safe cream for babies to help reduce the appearance of bruises ?

I have 7 month old twins who are crawling and pulling themselves up on everything but unfortunately fall a lot and im not always there to catch . We have solid timber floors that make it worse ! They have 3 bright purple bruises and i remember when i had my first son 7 yrs ago someone said they sell bruise cream is this true ? Or would bio oil help ?
