Why do i feel pain "there" (read to find out where) when having ?

Hi.. Recently i went to get my checked.. it was my first time.. and it turned out that i had a couple of different bacteria infections.. she gave me this cream called Daktarin.. and it started to fade slowly.. i take good care of my , i wash, wipe and wear cotton underwear.. so anyways.. ever since ive been using that cream my skin dries out..and it starts to peel.. I'm planning to go see the doctor again.. but i just want to know what's going on.. my peels and gets stiff that it kinda "cracks" or split easily.. it doesn't hurt.. but it is annoying.. so anyways.. her bacteria problem is alright.. but about the skin.. should i still keep using the cream? and another question.. lately when i have .. its kind of stiff around the and the space between the and .. and sometimes it stretches and creates this really tiny rip that hurts and stings.. and when my boyfriend's or finger is inserted and as it rubs against the bottom near the it really hurts.. why is that? is he too close to the bottom? i never had this problem before.. my boyfriend has always been very very gentle.. he never rushes to things.. so it couldn't have possibly been him since he has never been rough.. is it friction? im well lubricated too.. please serious answers only.. thank u so so so much.. im 18 btw.. i live in malaysia.. im australian malaysian..
