Crybaby Clic Wah problem!?

I bought a new crybaby clic wah a few days ago.and it worked fine in the shop and it worked fine on the first day at home,but today i played it for a while and well i don't know how to properly describe this so please bear with me,the rocker,or treadle whatever it is that you use to treback and fourth became like jammed and its hard to rock back and fourth,plus the wah sounds are really very minimal now,not that good.i'm going to try and ask for a refund,but if anyone knows how to fix this,please help(:
