Good nightclub in Toronto for girls in the mid - late twenties?

I would sugesst places in the Entertainment district, but would strongly recommend not going on a Friday or Saturday night that is the nights when there most crowded and the issues with drunken brawls are more likely, have girls night out Tue-Wed-Thurs, even Bloor St along the area between Spadina and Bathurst, King St and there are a few on Queen between University and Spadina, I was a chef for a number of years and knew alot of the chef in the restuarants/clubs in the areas mention, even one of the old Martini lounges, for a nice drink and then hit a dance club, the weather is improving so it will not be as much of a hle.
