Why do I say efficiency, while you say "Green"?

If something is more efficient, it will have a Return on Investment. That means we get money back in terms of direct capital and cost of doing business. Sometimes greensters mean exactly this and I do applaud you. But speding billions with no net gain in 10-20 years is stupid. The billions spent on wind farms has not come back to us yet. If we invested the money in say hydroelectric (see Hoover Dam), we would be getting money back. Jst form the word with your lips E-F-f-i-c-i-e-n-c-y!
