Why are middle cl people stuck up and unfriendly?

Yes, a lot of them are stuck up. I'm so glad my partner is a hard working, working cl person from Coventry. It makes life much easier. He's also cleverer than all our middle cl neighbours put together and despite our backgrounds we have a very good standard of living which easily outmatches theirs.
